European Country : Newtown, PA

This update of a mid sized 1980’s development home transformed the builder grade materials to an updated classic design. An ill placed doorway to the adjoining dining room was moved to permit a space large enough for the scale of a wooden hood and a large double wall oven and refrigerator were partially bumped into adjoining closets which permitted ample space for a large center island. New prefinished oak flooring replaced the dated sheet vinyl to complete the detail.
Cabinetry: Quality Custom Cabinetry, Lancaster door, beaded inset, Putty enamel/glaze on cherry.
Countertops: Java mahogany island with polished granite.
Backsplash: Tumbled limestone and Ken Mason tile.
